EnVista Case Competition
Our team was faced with a $500 million contract we were unable to fill, and had to decide to let the contract pass or find a way to satisfy 380,588 sq. ft worth of product with nowhere to be stored. This case required strategic planning, extensive research, financial analysis, and eventually acquisition analysis.
Our solution involved purchasing a real-world warehouse for sale in the supply chain hub of Memphis, TN. The new warehouse would provide ample room for excess inventory, allowing for the competition of the future contract. Also, it provides areas of growth with a hub in a new region.
We ended up developing a project timeline, risk analysis, implementation plan, and growth analysis. Presentations took place in front of a panel of EnVista employees, and our presentation was praised for its unique approach and aesthetic design.
